It's just a hop and a skip to downtown or shopping at Jordan Creek Mall with many restaurants nearby. An extra bunk bed in the basement makes a perfect place for children to frolic and play games while the grownups visit upstairs or extra sleeping quarters for a large group. The basement also has a weight bench and weights if you want to keep up that physique and there is a pull up bar between the front hallway and the breakfast nook. The dehumidifier in the basement helps with Iowa summer humidity. Set the thermostat at whatever temperature is comfortable to you! There are also fans for each bedroom if you like an additional breeze. Two newly remodeled bathrooms make getting ready for your adventures in the Des Moines area a delight! There is a blow dryer in each bathroom, natural hand soap and lotion as well as a stock of Q-tips and cotton balls.
