Charming Farmhouse on Main Street

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Walk to Grinnell College and downtown as both are only a couple blocks away. This little house is big on space with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room and a 3 season sunroom. Enjoy a large fenced -in backyard with 2 patios and green space for outdoor games and fun. The space Located in historic north Grinnell, this little farmhouse is my newest addition for my AirBnb guests. I think there were two homes that were combined into one. It is the perfect place to host a gathering. I plan to start a prairie garden next summer in the large fenced in backyard so my guests can enjoy its natural beauty. Guest access Parking is available in the driveway and or on the street. Other things to note This is a no smoking home.
