This main floor apartment is in the south central area and is close to The capital, downtown and Helena trail complex The space Historic brick home that was converted to a three unit apartment building in the 1930’s. This apartment features a large modern kitchen, modestly sized full bathroom, large bedroom with comfy king bed, large dining room and living room with a sofa bed for additional guests. We have additional accessories for the sofa bed to help with comfort, but it is still best suited to smaller adults and children, and will not be as comfortable as a modern dedicated mattress. Guest access Shared fenced backyard with shaded patio and a gas barbecue. Other things to note This apartment is best suited for couples and singles, as the sofa bed is not ideal for adults or longer term stays. We do have additional accessories to help with its comfort, but it is still not to the standard of a modern dedicated mattress.
