This lovely space has a cozy, well-equipped kitchen, living area, and 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is the second floor of our home. Hosts live on the main floor. We are available to answer questions and do what we can to make your stay enjoyable. Access to the second floor is an outside staircase. Since we live on the main floor, we prefer to host adults and older children. Entire 2nd floor consisting of the apartment, which has a kitchen, living area, and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. The apartment has a door that goes to the rest of the second floor, which has 2 additional bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms. The "presidential suite", as we like to call it, has a queen bed and an amazing view into the park and a huge bathroom with walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a separate bathroom with shower/tub. IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT ACCESS FOR THE 2ND AND 3RD BEDROOMS IS THROUGH THE APARTMENT BEDROOM. The apartment bedroom does have a lock. There is a staircase from the 2nd floor to the main floor where we live. There is a curtain blocking this staircase. You may hear us and our TV. We do try to keep it quiet for our guests. We do not expect our guests to be quiet (within reason, of course). We feel these slight negatives are far outweighed by the positives of being 4 miles to the west entrance of the Park and having 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. ALTHOUGH THE SPACE SLEEPS MORE, WE PREFER TO ONLY HOST 4 ADULTS. The kitchen and living room areas are better suited for 4 guests. This also gives more flexibility for sleeping arrangements for families and people traveling together. Also, since it is above our living space, we choose to host only 4 adults. We are located on 27 wooded acres and there is a path through our woods that connects to the bike/walking path that goes to West Glacier Village and Glacier National Park. We are 4 miles from the west entrance to Glacier National Park; 30 minutes from Glacier International Airport. Amtrak is also located nearby in West Glacier. Parking is available in our parking area located near the outside stairs to the apartment. We are available to answer questions and offer help through personal interaction and through text and Airbnb emails. We respect your space upstairs and offer interaction as little or as much as you prefer. We do like to meet our guests in person at least once during your stay. We are on 27 wooded acres. We have a trail through the woods that connects with a paved bike/walking path that goes all the way to West Glacier Village and into Glacier National Park. Due to our somewhat remote location, cell service and internet service are not always consistent. Parking is available in our parking area close to the outside stairs going up to the 2nd floor. Our slightly ascending dirt/gravel road is approximately 1/3 mile long. Due to our somewhat remote location, cell service and WIFI is not always consistent. To get to our house, you must drive up a slightly ascending gravel/dirt road that is approximately 1/3 mile long. There is a flight of stairs to enter the apartment. We provide 2 bear sprays and a cooler you can borrow. We provide free firewood for campfires. We do not offer electric vehicle charging. Also, smoking is prohibited on the property. No unruly behavior. We are a family friendly establishment.
