With the modern amenities, our condo is the perfect home base for your next vacation or business trip. Come experience all our vibrant city has to offer! The space The building has public access, however for guests, there is private entries. You will have use of the elevator and private rooftop. The hallway is shared with the other units. Once you enter, the unit is bright and quiet. Guest access The parking lot is shared with the businesses, however you have free reign on where and how long to park. Neighborhood amenities are all within walking distance: coffee/breakfast, gym, event theater, restaurants, breweries, and downtown. Other things to note If interested in longer term stays (30 days+), please reach out for negotiable pricing. We are willing to work with you on your needs. For these stays, cleaning is optional.
