This south end side by side duplex on the beach block provides 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 car garage, and is loaded with amenities. The house has central air, 4 decks, 4 TVs, and a BBQ grill. We are a 7-day rental from SATURDAY to SATURDAY between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Please only submit weekly Saturday check-in requests. Check-in is 3pm / check-out is 10am. FAMILIES Only! No pets. We provide 8 beach tags. This is a non-smoking house. Bed linens and towels are not provided. The space Perfect Beach Home for Families – Spacious, Clean & Well-Equipped This family-only beach duplex is designed for comfortable, stress-free vacations. Located on the south (right) side of the duplex, this home offers plenty of space, multiple decks, and thoughtful amenities for families traveling together. 🚫 We do not rent to kids during senior week or any other week. 🚫 No pets. We are a 7-day rental from SATURDAY to SATURDAY between Memorial Day and Labor Day. We gladly accept multi-week rentals. Layout & Amenities Ground level: • There is ample room for 4 cars to park: • 2-car garage • 1 driveway space • 1 side-of-driveway space • There is an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water in the back of the house 1st floor: • 3 bedrooms: - Front bedroom has a queen bed with TV and deck with table/chairs - Middle bedroom has 2 bunk beds with twin mattresses - Back bedroom has a queen bed with TV and deck • 1 full bathroom with tub and shower, with separated sink from the shower area • Full-sized washer and dryer 2nd floor: • Master bedroom has a king bed with a TV, recliner, and deck • Full bath in the master bedroom with tub and shower • Kitchen has a stainless-steel fridge, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, various cookware, and island countertop with seating for 4 • Half bathroom (powder room) off of the kitchen • Dining room with seating for 8 • Living room with wraparound couch and large flat screen TV • Front deck off the living room with a BBQ grill, table, and chairs Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except for a hallway closet on the 1st floor and a closet in the back of the garage. Both of these are used for owner storage. Other things to note We will not accept any bookings for kids graduating from high school or college. We rent to families only because of the significant issues we have had. We are a 7-day rental from SATURDAY to SATURDAY between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Also, absolutely no pets because of severe allergies. Thank you!
