Please read this listing in its entirety! You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place just minuets from the Des Moines International Airport and downtown attractions. Take advantage of the trail around Easter lake. Lots of nature and quiet. Walk or Bike 6 miles of trail around the lake. Slip into a comfortable king size bed for a great nights sleep. Take advantage of coffee or tea in the morning, or head into town to one of many restaurants that are close by. The space This space is the entire living portion of a walk out basement. Living room / eating area, a full bathroom and a large bedroom with a king size bed. Also included is a off street parking area. We do live upstairs, so expect some living noise like minor foot traffic. The house is 24 years old and the floors creek some, but we are fairly quiet people. We try our best to minimize the foot traffic. Be sure to read Other Details to Note... Guest access Guests will have the entire living area of our walk out basement area down stairs with private entrance. There is a walkway that comes off the driveway to the unit. Its lit with patio lighting as well as motion sensor lighting from top to bottom. Other things to note We have the space now listed for 4. We have a FULL size bed that can be set up in the living room area. Please indicate that you need this bed at the time of booking! This way we can accommodate families with children. If you are traveling with just two and need two beds just let us know. There is a crib that can be set up as well, let us know in advance so that can be set up, its not something that we leave assembled. Cancellation policy is Flexible. You can cancel anytime up to 24hrs BEFORE check in and receive a refund. Any time after that 24hr window there will be NO REFUND. We understand that things happen, but if you cancel inside the 24hr window, I lose out on the revenue. Business is Business
