Welcome! This is a one-bedroom apartment attached to the main house. Freshly gut renovated last year with sparkling new bathroom, bedroom, wet bar, and outdoor dining area. Close to all NYC attractions, NY/NJ airports, shopping malls, Sojo Spa, and MetLife stadium. The space Wifi and 65" smart TV available. Please note that there is NO STOVE, but k-cup machine, microwave, toaster oven, and refrigerator (no freezer) are provided. Help yourselves to water bottles and any breakfast items. Dining area both indoors and outdoors. Beautiful new renovated bathroom with glass shower enclosure. Bathroom has all the standard amenities: towels, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, soap, body wash, cleaning products. We'll provide additional towels and sheets upon request. Bedroom has one queen size bed with bedding. There is another queen size air mattress and bedding available upon request, just ask! If it gets chilly, we also have space heaters for the bedroom as well. Need to work from home? Just bring your laptop and HDMI. We'll provide a monitor you can use during the stay. Guest access Once you get to the property, you will have one dedicated parking spot at the driveway. Come around to the left side down the steps to our patio/backyard/garden, where you will find the entrance to the apartment you can access with key code. Other things to note This is a smoke-free property. Absolutely NO smoking of any cigarettes or marijuana products. Breaking this will result in immediate eviction and you will be charged $200 fine for cleaning. We take this very seriously. The apartment is very private but nevertheless attached to the main house, so please be mindful of noise late into the night. NO parties or large gatherings exceeding the number of guests booked, at all times. We also ask that you kindly remove your shoes inside the apartment.
