A truly affordable piece of paradise! 1 cozy bedroom nook w/ queen bed & another queen bed in living room, washer/dryer & newly remodeled kitchen! 1st floor unit & a peek a boo ocean view but all you have to do is walk out & head to the beach! Gym & BBQ area! White sand reef protected beach is perfect for relaxing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding & snorkeling w/ turtles! Near North Shore beaches, Polynesian Cultural Center, Kualoa Ranch! VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!! This is an older building on the beach & there is construction & renovations going on at this property right now during normal business hours on the weekdays so it can get VERY noisy during these times!! The pool has limited hours or may be closed right now, but the ocean is better to swim in anyways! You will want to be out and about enjoying the beach and the island during construction hours :) We have discounted the nightly rate to reflect this. This is considered a 1 bedroom but one of the smaller ones in this building, but we just added a queen bed in the living room too! If you are looking for "Luxury Accommodations" This is not it :) This is not a fancy hotel or luxury resort, just a simple, individually owned condo on a wonderful beach! Incredible value for beachfront on Oahu! A great spot to relax and enjoy the sunrise when you walk right out the door to the sand.... Free parking at the building and a rental car is highly recommended but there is a bus stop right at the road that will take you all around the island! There is no public access to this beach from this property so it's like having your own private beach away from all the crowds! There is a little convenience store and food trucks within walking distance & “Times Supermarket” in Temple Valley is the last Grocery store before you get here from the airport. More reasonably priced and less crowded than Safeway in Kaneohe. Foodland is about 10 minutes North and has the best selection near us, but it’s closed on Sundays. Closest to us is Tamura’s Grocery, 6 minutes North, and Longs, right near it, has a good dry foods/drinks selection. Parking is FREE and on site. There is construction going on in the parking lot but not on the beach side and only during normal business hours. Rental car is the best way to get around but we also have a reliable public transportation bus system with stops right out in front of the building. Waikiki, Pearl Harbor, and Honolulu are about an hour's drive away. Turtle Bay golf courses, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Gunstock Ranch, and Climworks Keana Farms are 5 to 10 minutes away. The world-famous North Shore beaches like Pipeline, Waimea, and Sunset are 20 minutes away. Remember this is the tropics! This property is located in the "Country" part of Oahu, so you will see chickens & geckos, insects & other little creatures too as this is just normal for this climate and the islands! Please do not leave any unopened food laying around in your unit, sugar in the cupboards etc. We have pest spray done frequently but you may see unwanted bugs from the spraying, just to be aware and know this is just a normal way of living here :) Additional amenities: *Tables and lounge chairs by the pool and on the 2 acres of grassy lawn and beach for guests and residents to enjoy * Outdoor BBQ area at the north end of the private beach * A pool right on the lawn, next to the beach so you can swim in the calm and safe(r) water while still enjoying the sound and smell of the ocean. *Ocean facing gym with additional bathroom upstairs. * Building security * The building HOA does not allow pets, sorry! *There is no smoking inside the unit or anywhere inside the condo building but there are smoking sections on the property ** Maximum Occupancy: 4 People including adults and children * Check in is at 4PM, Check out is at 10AM
