Shores Waikoloa is a gated community surrounded by the dramatic lava fields that encompasses the Waikoloa Resort. You will find that our one bedroom unit with new AC is the perfect location and offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay: tennis courts, fitness center, pool & hot tub and BBQ. The space Our recently remodeled unit with new central AC is fully furnished and has all you need to enjoy your next Hawaiian Vacation. The generous wrap-around lanai offers privacy and peaceful setting with the surrounding palm trees. Our lanai is the perfect spot to experience the Hawaiian indoor/outdoor living, to share a meal or just unwind and relax in one of the chaise lounges. The master bedroom offers comfortable large bed and TV with cable. Our fully remodel master bathroom offers large walk in shower and dual vanity. Upon request, we set up a rollaway bed for a third guest. The living room has a TV with cable channels and plenty of seating area. A powder room is located off the entryway for your convenience. The Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and it is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Washer & dryer are conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen. Beach essentials provided: cooler; beach chair; beach towels; beach umbrella. Our unit has a Reserved and Free parking spot. Additional Guest parking spots are available throughout the community. We are located on the second floor but our building offers elevator for easy access to the unit.
