You can navigate to anywhere from the house. The space Wake up and enjoy your coffee under a beautiful canopy of cypress trees and oak trees, on the wood deck overlooking the Tickfaw River. Guest access The house is located in a very nice subdivision. With a large driveway for parking. Private boat slip and private docking, swimming pool and spa. YOU HAVE YOUR OWN PRIVERT SIDE, kitchen living room and bedroom full bath, LIVING AREA NOT SHAIRED. The the pool and dock is shared, With owner. But we don't use the pool area when our guests are there unless Invited. We always put our guests first, And allow them to have their privacy. But the hot tub does require my assistance, And communication is important to set up time to use the Jacuzzi tub. Maximum heating time 2 hour. WE DO NOT USE THE HOT TUB WITH OUR GUESS OR POOL. But you may find. Us in the pool when you're not there Or arrive. Again, we always give our guests their privacy..We don't heat the swiming pool. Only the hottub. Heating 🔥the swimming pool is exter!
