City loft style design condo located in the oceanfront building of the Kona Bali Kai Resort just steps from the ocean! (no ocean view from this unit though!) Trendy little unit with all the comforts of home, including mini-split system A/C! One bedroom apartment with Barn Doors to divide bedroom from living area Guests have access to the condo and all resort amenities (pool, Jacuzzi, etc.) Aloha! This condo is a self check in and self check out unit. We try to leave guests everything they need (other than food or beverages) to have an amazing and relaxing stay. In case of a problem, or questions, guests can contact the on-island manager for a quick response. Late and overnight contact should be for emergencies only please. Kona Bali Kai Oceanfront Resort just 2 miles south of Kailua-Kona town I always suggest renting a vehicle for your visit on the Big Island of Hawaii! There is a trolley bus that travels up and down the oceanfront drive a few times a day as well. I provide personal items such as shampoo/conditioner and bath bar soap for guests, as well as all other soaps (liquid hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher, and dish soap). In regards to beach supplies, want to mention that we do not provide snorkel equipment, due to sanitation issues, nor boogie boards or beach umbrellas due to possible loss or damage with each guest (impossible to keep them maintained and/or replaced constantly). There is often this equipment left in condo from previous renters, but it is not maintained and is guests responsibility to clean properly for use or check to make sure they are functional. If any of that gear is lost or broken, please dispose of, but no need to replace on our account. Mahalo!
