As our guest, you will have the luxury of peace and quiet while being within walking distance to local gems such as Peet’s Hill, Joe’s Market, Bozeman Co-Op, restaurants and shopping on Main street. 1 Block - South Side Park (Playground, Tennis Courts, Ice Skating Rink in Winter Months) 1 Mile - Main Street 18 miles from Bridger Bowl Ski Area 50 miles from Big Sky Resort 89 miles to West Yellowstone and Gardiner Our home welcomes you in with its gated yard & covered front porch. Inside you’ll enjoy artful updates and custom woodwork throughout the home while the back deck is set up for entertaining & leads to the private backyard. Every item has been carefully chosen down to the custom handmade curtains, vintage Moroccan rugs and designer light fixtures. Our guests can expect all the amenities of urban living: high-speed WIFI, a 60 inch OLED smart TV, and keyless front door entry. This is a perfect space for 2-4 people. Please note that there are only 3 beds and thus the space is ideal for up to 3 individuals or a couple and 2 individuals. Master on main floor and 2 bedrooms in the lower level. Our guests will also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with an electric range, fridge, a smaller dishwasher, and a microwave. To ensure that you feel at home, a coffee machine, a kettle, all the cookware, baking needs, small appliances, and other kitchen accessories are provided. This is a two level single family home. The downstairs has a separate entrance that provides access to the lower level & each level provides its own bedroom, bath & living space. Upstairs the master bedroom has a queen bed with an Organic Hybrid Mattress (natural latex, wool and cotton), custom built in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. If anyone in your party wants extra privacy they can close off the downstairs door and relax on a comfy couch downstairs or take a nap in one of 2 bedrooms. Both of the bedrooms downstairs are well designed but smaller sized. One bedroom has a twin sized bed, a built in desk and a wet bar. The second bedroom has a full daybed. There is a Whirlpool W/D set for your use, the washer has a detergent reservoir which will be filled with organic detergent. A clothing steamer and an iron are provided. For your cleaning needs we have a Dyson V10 cordless vacuum, ample cleaning supplies (sprays, wipes, dishwasher pods and dish soap), a hand held dust buster vacuum, a dust pan set and a full broom. The home is not child-proofed. All linens and towels are provided. Air Purifier with HEPA Filter and two air fans provided. *Heating & Cooling* Winter - Central Air - a new heating system installed June 2023 Summer - Window AC Unit Year Round - a new water heater installed June 2023 SQFT of Home: 1,354 sqft (split between 2 levels) *Outdoor Spaces* Relax. Relax. Relax! The backyard is magical and located conveniently off of the kitchen. String lights illuminate the yard. The side yard is newly fenced for added privacy. This spot is an oasis to bird watch, read a book, grill or relax with a glass of wine. A blackstone grill and cooking utensils are available - two words - smash burgers. Off the deck guests can enjoy a magnificent Hot Spring Hot Tub - relax in the AM with coffee or after a day of activities like hiking and skiing. It is a private, exclusive-use hot tub. The hot tub is unavailable for use May through September. Cold or craving s’mores - use the in ground fire pit - some firewood will be provided. **Cleaning** Cleaning occurs bi-weekly. If you are checking out that month, the second cleaning occurs post check-out. Guest access The cottage is located in the University’s restricted parking district which means that you may not park on the street in front of our house without a parking permit. You may park in our driveway which can fit up to 2 cars. The home is located on a corner and you have access to use the large lawn on the side of the house. Guests may access the front door via a code which will be provided to them. *Security* The home is equipped with a camera on the front door and one on the back porch. The front porch camera is located at the front door and will be on during the reservation period 24/7. The camera is activated by motion, records audio and video and will be used by the owner to verify guests at check-in. The back porch camera is off (no audio or video recording) for guest privacy.
