The beach house is on a private beach and is part of a larger family estate that has been in the family for four generations. The one-bedroom/two-bath rustic beach house is surrounded by nature. It provides enough space for solo travelers or couples looking for a romantic spot or a no-frills writer’s retreat. It's given our family such amazing memories and we're excited to share it with you! The space The beach house could be interpreted as a beach bungalow, cottage, beach shack, nest or boat house without the boat (ramp)! Anyone who stays will feel at ease with immense views of Nantucket Sound and with the traditional Cape Cod design aesthetic. This stay also includes: - A virtual greeting upon check-in - A brand new kitchen (finished summer 2021) - Outdoor shower - Private beach - A grill that can be used year-round Please note: - For those looking to work remotely, the beach house has Wifi but does not have a true office or formal desk. - The beach house offers complete private access but is part of a family estate. - Most of the images in the listing were taken during the summer months. - The outdoor shower can be used April - October and the fireplace does not work. [Outdoor shower is closed for the winter] - Long term rentals available starting late October 2023 through May 2024 Guest access We have a private driveway that will fit no more than two cars.
