Bring the whole family to this perfect all season beach retreat with lots of room for family gatherings! Only two blocks to the beach with living room, game room and 2 kitchens , you can really spread out and enjoy all the beauty the area has to offer! It is just a short Uber to AC, a short walk to the boards or head right up Ventnor ave to the restaurants and shops of Margate. Enjoy relaxing on the porch with a cup of coffee or on the covered patio out back. The space Our main floor has a large open concept living room and dining room. The newly renovated kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal (pots, pans, oil, vinegar, and spices). Through the kitchen is a beautifully renovated laundry room, two bathrooms, and a second living room/ game room with pull out couch that can double as a private guest suite. Upstairs you will find 3 nicely furnished bedrooms and a full bathroom. On the bottom floor there is a second FULL kitchen, full bathroom, additional living room with a game room and two bedrooms. We have two places to relax and enjoy the outside. Our front porch has a swing and additional seating and is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. The covered outdoor patio has an outdoor table and seating area. A barbecue grill is available on the back deck. Please see the pictures for our floor plans. Three night minimum stay. Guest access The home has keyless entry with a security code that will be created just for your stay. Other things to note This is a family home on a quiet street. It is such a lovely area that many of our neighbors live here year round. This house provides space for many people however it is NOT to be used for parties or gatherings including people other than those in the reservation. There is to be NO noise between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. If you do not follow these house rules, we will be contacted and your reservation will have to be immediately canceled. There is absolutely NO SMOKING in the home. If smoking occurs you will have to charged an extra cleaning fee.
