The wooden floors in the living room are complemented by pieces from up-and-coming Latino artists. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen, dine in the shared dining area and relax in your room with carpeted floors for added comfort. The condo also includes a shared bathroom for your convenience. Immerse yourself in the unique atmosphere of the space. Guest access Besides the room, you can cook while you are here and you will have a small space in the refrigerator. During your stay I am a hands-off type of host. Although I enjoy conversation and making sure my guests are comfortable. Other things to note When it comes to check-out, I am accommodating but I am more strict with the check-in policy. If you need to arrive later than the stated check-in cut-off time, feel free to ask, but keep in mind that I prefer to maintain my routine sleeping schedule. Communication is key, and I understand that arrival times can change, so please let me know in advance if there are any changes to your estimated time of arrival. However, if I don't hear from you beforehand or your ETA is significantly past 10 pm and I have to work early the next day, I may suggest you find alternative accommodations. Especially if you anticipate a check-in time after 11 pm, please check with me beforehand. Note that if there are no incoming guests the next day, I am willing to extend your check-out by 2 hours if needed.
