Minutes to major hospitals, downtown, UNCG, Greensboro Coliseum, the Aquatic Center, NC A&T, and Elon Law School. About Our Home: - 2 beds and 1 bath home in a duplex townhome. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, day bed and a dedicated work desk and chair. The second bedroom offers 2 queen size beds. All rooms offer comfortable memory foam and hybrid mattresses, Smart TVs, and ceiling fans. -The kitchen is updated with stainless appliances and is fully equipped with the basic tools for cooking. We offer a single-serve Keurig and kettle and tea. -Spacious living area with Smart TV. We have complimentary Netflix, Hulu and Disney+ included in the living room TV and the bedrooms. You will have the ability to login to your personal streaming accounts as well. - WiFi: High-speed internet with 400 mbps advanced speed -Parking: 2 car driveway onsite A private entrance and keyless access code to allow easy access 24/7 as you come and go. This also allows for an easy check-in and checkout-out. As backup, we also have additional keys located in a lock box, should it be needed.
