Short distance to West Side restaurants or downtown shops. Multiple nearby parks and ponds. Apartment is over detached garage with an independent door leading to an enclosed stairwell. Other things to note Our unit doesn’t have central air, but we’ve added a window A/C unit in the bedroom for your comfort during the summer months. The living area can get warm during the day, especially in the summer. Evenings in the Mountain West typically cool down - opening a window often brings in a crisp, refreshing breeze.
