This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium gives you all of that and more! Completely remodeled through-out with many custom touches, including a mini-split A/C unit, it's a lovely condo, with a million-dollar view, which makes this unit the prime destination for an absolutely blissful vacation! Located on the second floor of the four-story building, this oceanfront condo boasts first-class views as well as excellent proximity to Kona town and all activities. (Single A/C blower located in living room - not separate one in guest bedroom) Watch world-class surfers ride the waves while dolphins frolic in their wake. Enjoy seasonal whale watching right from your lanai and get a close up view of the giant sea turtles that come up on shore to sun themselves! (No touching though!) You will have full access to the condo and the resort amenities! Aloha! This condo is a self check in and self check out unit. We try to leave guests everything they need (other than food or beverages) to have an amazing and relaxing stay. In case of a problem, or questions, guests can contact the on-island manager for a quick response. Late and overnight contact should be for emergencies only please. Kona Bali Kai is situated very conveniently for town access and also highway access to travel around the island! Close enough to make it easy to get everywhere, but far enough out to skip the hustle and bustle! I always recommend for my guests to get 'wheels' for their stay, as it is truly a BIG ISLAND!! But, we do have convenient access and bus stops right out in front of the resort for the trolley. Not a regular schedule (as in hourly) but it can get you to town and back a couple of times a day! Condo is Unit #203 In regards to beach supplies, want to mention that we do not provide snorkel equipment, due to sanitation issues, nor boogie boards or beach umbrellas due to possible loss or damage with each guest (impossible to keep them maintained and/or replaced constantly). There is often this equipment left in condo from previous renters, but it is not maintained and is guests responsibility to clean properly for use or check to make sure they are functional. If any of that gear is lost or broken, please dispose of, but no need to replace on our account. Mahalo!
