The space THE CONDO - THE VILLAS AT POIPU KAI B110 We recently bought this extravagant 1600 square foot villa located in an upscale private boutique resort with all the amenities. Each of the three bedrooms is very spacious and has a dedicated private bathroom, giving everyone privacy. We fell in love with the high ceilings, spacious floor plan, high-end appliances, regal interior and we hope you will too! Make yourself at home in the gourmet kitchen, complete with granite countertop and SubZero refrigerator. Stay cool with central air or open up the folding glass doors to extend the living room outdoors to enjoy the big covered lanai surrounded by a lush tropical garden. Best of all, there’s no missing out on the action. The condo’s corner location provides easy access to the pool and BBQ area, and the beach is an easy walk away (5 min walk to Brennecke's Beach and 10 min walk to Poipu Beach). We provide the pool and beach toys so you can focus on the fun! SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS • Master suite has a king size bed. Master bath has double sink, walk in shower and a separate bath tub • 2nd bedroom has a king size bed. Private bath has walk in shower • 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. 3rd private bathroom has a walk in shower FAMILIES If you are visiting with small children, we hope you will enjoy the pack’n’play, a high chair, one guardrail for the twin bed, kid-friendly dinnerware and cups, blackout shades in each bedroom, toys, books, sand toys, beach chairs and beach umbrella. We also have a wagon that makes the 10 minute walk to the beach a breeze. No need to worry about stairs because it is a ground floor unit. TVs We have TVs in the Living Room, the 1st Master bedroom and the 2nd master bedroom. LOCATION Stroll down the lush greenbelt to Kauai’s best beaches (Brennecke's Beach, Poipu Beach Park and Shipwrecks Beach) Our condo is part of The Villas at Poipu Kai, a newer boutique resort with a swimming pool, waterfall spa, exercise room, club house and access to tennis courts. Self-parking is complementary. Arrive any time and check-in yourself with the key-less electronic door lock. RENTAL CARS We also have several rental cars (mini vans) available. Let us know if you are interested and we can provide you a quote once your booking is confirmed. Guest access You will have the entire condo for yourself. Other things to note There shall be no refunds of rental payments due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions, observation of insects or pests, tenant work demands or family emergencies whether they are inside or outside the State of Hawaii. We recommend getting Travel Insurance prior to your trip. You will be given a Rental Agreement to sign summarizing the rental rules after booking. Our condo gets fully booked in high season, which unfortunately means we cannot offer late check-outs. If your flight leaves late in the evening, allow yourself one extra night.
