Recently remodeled with granite counter tops, new carpet, new appliances and new kitchen and bath cabinets. The spacious living area opens onto an oversized lanai, allowing the Maui sea breeze to blow inside. Enjoy year around sunsets over the ocean and whale watching during the winter months from the spacious lanai that is surrounded by beautiful foliage, ideal for entertaining. This beautifully appointed villa is situated on the Fairway of Wailea’s elite Blue Golf Course. Walk along the walkway pass to the world’s top sandy beaches, the Shops at Wailea, casual to fine dining restaurants and the Wailea Town Center. The complex features 2 swimming pools. Note that the unit is on the second floor, and there is no elevator. ***Grand Champions has a mix of residential and vacation rental units and pest control treatments are scheduled in advance. There is interior and exterior quarterly pest control in January, April, July, and October. This may occur during your stay and it may not be refused.
