Other things to note **Offering a flat rate of $1500 for the first 28 days of a 28+ day booking starting between January 19th and February 1st** Preventative pest control is frequently addressed throughout this apartment complex. Frequent furnace filter changes are also performed and entry is required along the same terms. If a scheduled spraying and/or furnace filter change date interferes with your booking, no worries. I will message you as soon as I receive a date and time, as well as management posting “24-hour notice” around the building. Just be aware before booking that after being notified of these instances, access is required for the short duration.
