That said our electric prices are rather extreme on the island, just look at our gas prices and you'll get an idea. So please help us conserve resources during your stay! Turn off AC when not in the unit. FAQ's... Early check-in? - We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home following the CDC Cleaning Guidelines, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks. We want it to be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If you have a flight that arrives early in the day, consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready. Late Check-out? - No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure. Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures? - No, we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time due to cleaning protocols and allowing our cleaning team to prepare the home uninterrupted. Are there stairs to the home? - Yes, our home is located on the 2nd floor with no elevator access. Do you offer a cleaning service? - Yes!
