This home is on two levels, with Tommy Bahama furniture throughout. You'll enjoy the spacious feel with cathedral ceilings and 1460 sf of living space. The kitchen looks out onto the open floor plan and the living and dining areas open onto a private lanai. From your lanai, enjoy views of the lush landscaping and distant mountain views. The lanai is beautifully furnished with plenty of outdoor seating. The condominium's kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless appliances with a breakfast bar. It is fully equipped. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bath with double vanities, deep-soaker tub and separate shower. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and the loft area has a futon for extra sleeping space. The loft area, second-bedroom and living room have flat screen TV's. You'll find ceiling fans in the bedrooms, living area and loft area to help circulate those tropical breezes. Second bathroom has tub and shower combo. The home is equipped with air conditioning, full size washer/dryer and be advised that although the unit is accessed on the ground floor, there are stairs to access the first floor. The property also has a detached garage that can be used for guest parking. Guest are allowed complimentary use of the resort style pool and spa and patio area. There is barbecue area at the nearby pool complex, and there is a fitness center on property available for guest use as well. Take advantage of the private beach club access for easy parking and an exclusive beach. The beach is excellent for families, fully appointed with beach chairs and shaded lounging areas. There is also an excellent restaurant (Napua) that is available for guests as well. The Mauna Lani Spa is adjacent to the Palm Villas resort (within walking distance). *Please note: The complex will be repairing cracks in the asphalt roadways September 3-6th 2024. During this time there will be a 24 hr period where there is no access to and from the units garage/trellis parking area. There will be increased vendor activity and noise to expect. Visitor parking is also very limited. Minimum night varies seasonally 5 - 10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, and no are pets allowed. Smoking/Vaping is not permitted anywhere on the Property. Once the reservation is paid in full and rental policies are signed, we provide directions from the airport to the property with access codes. We are happy to assist you with any information, recommendations or assistance with any issues in the home. Our office is open 7 days a week and you have free access to an off-site Kona Concierge as part of your reservation. Mauna Lani Resort Most people rent a car while visiting the Big Island so they can explore the entire island. For those not wanting to drive, there are taxis available. Each guest is expected to agree to Kona Coast Vacations Rental Policies at time of booking, a copy of the policies is available on our website. These include the house rules for the condo complex or private home. Travel insurance is available. Rates and availability are subject to verification at time of booking. Cleaning fee is combined with a service fee & Peace of Mind Protection. We take pride in the cleanliness of our properties but please be advised pests will enter the homes though open doors, windows and even hitchhike in on luggage, packages, or your person. These may include geckos, ants, cockroaches, palmetto bugs, etc. – all common in this tropical environment.
