Ocean block condo - we rent all year

Great condo on the Ocean block of Lavallette, walk up the street to the ocean and a walking Boardwalk. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We rent all year long, during the Summer season we rent a minimum of a week or longer the rest of the year we rent a minimum of 2 nights, two beach badges included, internet, expanded cable TV (HBO Etc), two flatscreens , AC/heat (new AC unit), new pullout leather sofa. One off street parking space. TOWELS AND SHEETS ONLY SUPPLIED UPON REQUEST! The space Location location location! This is a small condo but amazing location. On the ocean block so walking to the ocean or walking boardwalk is no problem. Walking to shops is also very easy too do! Short driving distance to Seaside Heights or Point Pleasant boardwalks, but Lavallette is a great town so no need to drive anywhere. TWO BEACH BADGES INCLUDED FOR ACCESS TO THE BEACH, outside rinse off shower. Check in time 2 PM - Check out time 10 AM - two night minimum stay during the off season - second floor Guest access Parking space is #12, at the bottom of the staircase - the unit is located on the second floor. Other things to note No animals or smoking, towels and bedding are only supplied upon request and the amount to be requested should be discussed prior to your arrival.
