PLEASE HAVE YOUR OWN ACCT,VERIFY ID The space You will have a private bedroom in my charming single family home in a quiet neighborhood in the historic town of Haddonfield, NEW JERSEY. The "Lavender Room" is located on the 2nd floor and faces the garden in the rear of the house. You can definitely expect a quiet, comfortable night's sleep! The lavender room is small, and under-furnished for simplicity. Here you will find a DOUBLE bed, night table, bookcase, bureau with lamp and a window AC unit. (weather permitting). Guests are welcome to SHARE either of the two full bathrooms, one on the first floor (with shower) and the 2nd is adjacent to the bedroom (with bathtub). I provide 100% cotton sheets and down comforters for your comfort. In case of allergies, please let me know, I also have traditional blankets and comforters. PLEASE NOTE: BOTH BATHROOMS ARE SHARED I am located in NEW JERSEY: 15 minutes from center city Philadelphia by car, or 20 mins. by train. By car we are 1 hour to Atlantic City and beaches, 2 hours to NYC, 3 hrs to Washington DC. There is a full kitchen which you are welcome to use-- just let me know. There are double french doors that open up to a patio and beautiful gardens beyond. There is cable TV and wireless internet, and free parking on the street. I have lived in the area most of my life, so I know it well! Also, there are 2 rooms listed on airbnb, at times I have multiple guests. Guest access You may access the kitchen, store food in the fridge and just let me know if you intend to cook dinner. Please leave the kitchen clean when finished. You may use the dining room for your meals or weather permitting, the patio in the back yard. Both bathrooms are shared by all! During your stay I run a full service photography studio and therefore I am usually gone most of the day. I have info available about the surrounding area, as well as Philadelphia, NYC, and Wash. DC. I always make coffee in the morning which you are welcome to! Other things to note As of Mid-April, I will have 2 cats visiting me, most likely until June 2026. We are a hard working family, so some days we may be up and out before you! And by the same token, we appreciate our peace and quiet in the evenings when we come home.
