The kitchen is beautifully remodeled with custom cabinets, granite counter tops, and full-size appliances. The bedroom opens to the living room and offers a comfortable King size bed and a TV equipped with cable. There is a King size sleeper sofa in the living room area, perfect for the additional guests. The living room features a TV and dining area for four. Enjoy complimentary Wifi throughout. The bathroom is updated and features a walk-in shower. Enjoy a spacious lanai, with outdoor dining furniture, perfect for morning coffee or al fresco dinners. Stay cool after a day in the sun with central A/C! Villa A210 is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and starter supplies, such as all-natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion. Maui Kaanapali Villas is located just North of Black Rock Beach. Directly in front of the resort are three miles of perfect golden sand beach. This resort is arguably located on Maui's best stretch of beach! The normally tranquil ocean at this location creates conditions great for snorkeling, swimming, paddle boarding and more! The resort features two pools, a child's wading pool area, hot tubs, a beach activities center (paddle board, boogie board, snorkel rentals and more!), Castaways Cafe, convenience store, Third Heaven Spa & Massage, fitness center, and more. This resort connects to the Ka’anapali Boardwalk and there is also access to the Ka’anapali Shuttle. It is just a few minutes’ drive to Lahaina and many other of Maui's best beaches and attractions. *Aston Resort and Maui Kaanapali Villas will charge an $25 a day fee upon check in for use of facility, which includes high speed internet and Wi-Fi access, parking of one vehicle - second vehicle is additional $10 per night, coffee in lobby - daily from 6 am to 9 am, pool and beach towels, Kaanapali Trolley to Whalers Village Shopping Center, state of the art Precor fitness center with 24-hour access, Yoga classes three days per week (oceanside and garden settings), access to hospitality bathrooms for early arrivals and late departures, and Mai Tai Wednesday (currently on hold due to Covid-19 restrictions).* This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on island property management company. My Perfect Stays is available Monday through Sunday, from 9 am until 5:30 pm Hawaii Standard time. Ka'anapali Please note that Airbnb will group the following mandatory, non-refundable fees under their "Cleaning Fee" section. 1) Vacation Rental Damage Waiver plan that will cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior and will cover up to $1,500 in damages. 2) Processing Fee: Our team is available daily from 9am-5:30pm for general questions or issues that arise, plus we have invested in an after-hours emergency staff. 3) Cleaning Fee: Our condos receive a CDC compliant cleaning and we provide a one-time starter supply of kitchen supplies, dish soap, detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, and Maui-made toiletries at the completion of our deep cleaning. Standard Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights. If guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, they will owe 100% for all nights.
