It come with a microwave, toaster oven, toaster, Kerig and drip coffee maker. The property is situated just minutes from the airport and shopping center. The space We had this home custom built in 2005 and the entire guest suite has been recently upgraded with new vinyl plank flooring, quartz countertops, paint, mini fridge, microwave and fixtures. The bedroom and living room feature vaulted ceilings. The bedroom features a King Size Sleigh Bed with a Sleep Number King size mattress! Guest access Our guests enter the suite through a private front door entrance that takes them upstairs to a large fully furnished guest suite! Other things to note We have made great use of our small city lot. Our backyard also features a Home and Vintage Market/Greenhouse for your own personal shopping experience!
