The 150-year old building has charm, character and history. The apartment has been home to many well-know artists over the years. I am an artist, designer and writer and live in the adjacent apartment. I would be happy to help you with your plans and suggestions while in Provincetown. 1 block from The Provincetown Art Museum. 4 blocks from Fine Arts Work Center Several excellent specialty grocery stores one, two & three blocks away for coffee and sandwiches A great breakfast cafe just up the way Dozens of restaurants out on Commercial Street 5 minute walk from the center of town (& Boston Ferry) Private entrance Private bathroom with shower Open cathedral ceiling (including beams from a sunken ship) 100yds from the beach Features: -Antique iron double bed w/ down comforter and pillows - sleeps a couple comfortably. -Full private bathroom with shower -Large work table (great for artists and writers) -Deck - Outdoor area Amenities: -Coffee maker, hot pot, dishes, flatware, utensils. -Mini-fridge -Microwave -Iron & board -Towels and soap -Hair-dryer -Air conditioner -Access to a washer and dryer -WiFi -Lots of interesting books Other things to know: There is no kitchen Quiet contemplative - not a party environment 2 people maximum (one European double bed) As to small children --- there is only the one bed No smoking No pets No TV No on-site parking.
