The Regency on Beachwalk is a secure building just a few minutes' walk to great restaurants like Roy's Waikiki, Ruth's Chris, Hard Rock Café, great night life, great surfing and fun in the sun! Coin washers/dryers on 2nd and 7th floors. Although there is NO pool at this location, you're just a block to the beach! CHECK-IN IS 3PM — CHECK-OUT IS 11AM Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM. No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking and No Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns. ALL CAPTAIN COOK RESORTS RENTALS INCLUDE: – Bath towels, Beach towels, Bed linens – Dishes, Silverware, Cookware (including tea kettle & rice cooker) – Beach chairs, Hair dryer, Iron/Ironing board – Start-Up Supplies: coffee filters, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, basic cleaning supplies, and travel size (2 oz.) shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion – NOT PROVIDED: beach umbrellas, beach toys, aluminum foil, Ziploc bags, coffee, condiments/seasonings, cooking oil, fabric softener, or bleach. You will be assigned a designated Property Manager. They will be your "go-to" person throughout your stay, from Check-In to Check-Out, ready to answer any questions or address any issues with your vacation rental! (Your Property Manager is always just a phone call away! CHECK-IN – Once you’re in Honolulu, you will need to make a phone call to arrange a time for your personal check-in. A cell phone is preferred in case the Property Manager needs to call you back. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT: Because a previous guest may check out of the condo at 11am the day of your arrival, the only way to guarantee an early check-in (8am or later) is to reserve the condo for an additional day. Likewise, we will do our best to accommodate late check-out requests but as the next guest may check in at 3pm the day of your departure, we cannot guarantee a late check-out unless you reserve the condo for an additional day.
