These travelers may participate in the exception program starting on the 15th day after their second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine -- or starting the 15th day after they’ve received a single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. To qualify for the program the state is asking all Hawaiʻi-bound travelers to upload one of three vaccination documents to their Safe Travels Hawaiʻi account, prior to traveling to Hawaiʻi.
