Tennis court, bicycle trail, parks, Fresh Pond Lake. The space The apartment is located on a quiet street. It is completely renovated with 3 bedrooms (3 queen size beds), spacious, comfortable, and sunny living room, 2 full bathrooms, beautiful and modern kitchen with a dining table. All linens and towels are provided within your stay along with a blow dryer. There are two working desks and chairs. The kitchen has plates, glasses, and utensils, coffee makers, an electric teapot, and a microwave. There is a TV and Wi-Fi. Access to the garden, grill, and outdoor dining. Guest access You have full access to the entire apartment with Wi-Fi and TV. You have your own private entrance with an automatic lock. Other things to note ✓Parking: We provide a visitor parking permit for ONE car only and you can park your car on the street. ✓The WASHER and DRYER are available upon request; it is located in the basement of the building and is coin-operated. ✓The check-in details are sent to our guests only 24 hours before their arrival. If you need it earlier, please let us know. ✓No shoes are allowed inside the apartment. Please bring home slippers. ✓We do not provide extra beds. If you are looking for an extra bed, you should inform us BEFORE BOOKING and we will inform you if it is available. ✓Smoking and Parties/Events are not allowed. Our fines are hefty. Please strictly follow the rules. ✓The apartment should be maintained in basic cleanliness and upon your check-out, please ensure to dispose of any food, take the trash out, clean the dishes, dry, and put them back. Any damage in the apartment should be reported. ✓Guests should not re-arrange the furniture. We have to charge you if we have to do extra work re-arranging it back. ✓Communication is key. When you check-in and find anything that can be easily improved, please inform us and we will be happy to support you. We expect our guests to be as transparent as possible about anything in the apartment. So, if you have not given us an opportunity to fix things for you in a few hours after check-in, please do not hold us responsible.
