Our place is the West Side located within minutes of walking distance from the Great Pacific Ocean. The West Side is where most our Native Hawaiian Population resides. As you drive to our place you'll enjoy the aqua deep blue ocean and white sandy beaches, maybe catch a glimpse of whales blowing their spouts. Watch surfers riding the waves, as our beautiful sunsets. Enjoy the West side hills. Our place is country living and located near Koolina high end luxury Resorts and Kapolei City. Aloha!! You will have a nice comfortable clean beds, linen, towels. Lots of room and very comfortable. Lots of Polynesian natives in our neighborhood, and beautiful weather. The entire 4 bedrooms, kitchen, living room , front and back patios, and-2 car parking. We reside in the neighborhood, and we are available to answer any questions or even to hang out, talk story too. Invite us over, and we love to socialize and eat a meal together., and share with you any inside information about Hawaii you'd like to know. This is a Hawaiian Friendly Neighborhood, located next to the highest population of 50% Native Hawaiian Homestead in this State of Hawaii. We are a Family orientated neighborhood, spacious, quiet, beautiful trees, and fruit trees- mango, banana, guava, papaya, bread-fruit, orange. Come check out our taro-patch garden. Enjoy, relax, sit under a mango tree. We'll be here waiting! We are part of the PuuHeleakala Community in a coastal residential neighborhood. Mural artwork painted by Jason Momoa's (Aquaman) father can be found at our recreational center. The weather is humid and may take some adjustment. Even. We choose to use fans instead of air-conditioning to save electricity. We are located nearest the equator which means tropical weather to include strong sun, constant temperatures, and breezy north-east trade-winds. We have some of the cleanest air, and drinking water. Drink from our tap and enjoy our Hawaiian refreshing water. It's safe!! We strive for excellence award n making your stay comfortable, safe, clean, and fun. We very much appreciate a 5-star rating, and if we are not living up to your standards, please let us know right away so we can address it. Our livlihood depends on it!! Mahalo and please enjoy your stay. We have a good transportation bus system. The bus #40 and "C" bus takes you to the bus stop near our place. We also have UBER and LYFT. Disclosure: This place is NOT a high-end luxurious resort area such as Koolina, which is located only 5 minutes away. This is not Waikiki, we are on the "country" side of Oahu. This place is a 45- year old residential coastal community made up of mostly local families. This is not an air-conditioned hotel in which the cold deters all bugs. Because of all year around warm weather, it is common to see bugs such as: ants, roaches, flies & lizards. Keeping the place clean helps to deter unwanted bugs. By opening the windows, our tradewinds and the use of fans is sufficient enough for us to stay cool, meanwhile, being energy efficient and contributing towards leaving a small carbon footprint. Parking is in assigned stalls only or on the street. We do provide light housekeeping. We take pride in what we do, and try to provide you with excellent services and cleanliness. Our beds are of good quality, and we have high standards for the cleanliness of our sheets and bedding. It can get noisy on the weekends. Quiet hours are from 10 pm on the weekdays, and 11 pm on the weekends. Be caution of the hot sun, which leads to sunburns, and the strong currents of the ocean. We like for all our guests to be safe, and to enjoy their stay.
