Vaulted ceilings in huge living room/dining room area. 5 Min walk to fenced waterside playground. An easy , pleasant 15 min walk down tree lined streets to Good Harbor beach and to rocky shore The space The unit have an office in the second floor where the washer and drier are located. It has a large closet and by moving the desk you might have an extra space for an air mattress.(there is one in the closet if your guest wants more privacy than the sleep sofa in the living room). Guest access You have a private entrance and the whole apartment is for your enjoyment. However the deck adjacent to the office should not for your use. You have the larger deck in the top floor off of the dining room area. Other things to note From the living room and deck you will have a great view of Parade of Boats and Fireworks. Multiple Lobsters pools, ask your host. Finding groceries is easy. Down the street you have a convenient store and about less than a mile the local supermarket, dry cleaner and pharmacy. Lazy -man's way to beach: Drive 3 Min , drop off crew and stuff at Good Harbor Beach foot bridge. Return to house and take an easy walk back to beach. Almost as fast as using parking lot.
