You are just steps from placing your feet in the sand. Here you can swim, snorkel, dive, or take a stroll down the beach to the famous "Black Rock" Known for snorkeling! This beach view studio with a loft conversion, provides 2 beds (one king and one queen) and 1.5 bathrooms, central air conditioning and can sleep up to 4 guests. The space ABOUT THE CONDO... Maui Ka'anapali Villas is centrally located in West Maui. You will be close to shopping, casual and fine dining restaurant's, world-class golfing and many land or water excursions! If you plan on eating in, you are just a few miles away from Times Market, Foodland and Safeway. This desirable condo is located in the Dolphin building, which is 50 feet from the beach! You'll have a beautiful view of the ocean, beach and the beachfront tropical pool from your private lanai. This studio provides central air conditioning and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The main level provides a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, along with a living /dining space and a cal-king size bed. Please note, there is not a private bedroom. The loft area consists of a queen size bed, TV, night stands, a closet and a half bathroom (toilet and sink). Maui Ka'anapali Villas (MKV) is a great location for a romantic getaway or a fun filled family vacation! Amenities include 2 swimming pools, 2 jet spas, coin-operated laundry facility, Spa & fitness center, beach activities center, BBQ area and a free shuttle service to Whalers Village! The onsite Castaway's oceanfront restaurant & Bar is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. MKV does charge a daily resort fee of $35.00 plus the 18.712% (HI state and Maui county taxes). The daily resort fee does include parking for one vehicle. This is not included in the Airbnb quote. This fee is paid directly to the resort upon your arrival. MKV provides free Wifi and basic cable.
