Newark path train is 12 mins by car or 20 mins by bus from the home. We are 10 mins from downtown Newark. 15 mins to Jersey city. I have maps for NYC and NJ transit too. I also do not allow any outside guests so everyone inside the home is accounted for. Your safety and that of my family is highly important. The space has three bedrooms side by side, the rooms are for Airbnb guests, and sometimes they are booked and sometimes their vacant. You would share the bathroom and kitchen area, which a member of my family or I come up to clean 2 times a day. I just ask to please keep clean, so everyone finds it the same. I provide shampoo/conditioner/body wash and towels. You will have a lot of privacy because other Airbnb guests that share the space are out all-day or arrive very late for a layover from EWR. I love for my guests to communicate with me 100% for anything at all. Directions, complaints, concerns, feedback etc... I am always available. The apartment is used just for guests, I live downstairs and am available 24/7 by phone or text, and you can also ring my bell, and whoever is here can help you if you may need it. Close to bus to NYC, can take 30 mins when it’s not rush hour. Or 10 mins to Newark path train. Also, you’ll love the JERSEY GARDEN OUTLET MALL. It’s a quick Lyft or uber away. My home is less than 5 mins from EWR. Food is best with UBEREATS which you will need a credit card for that service. Or walk 4 blocks to Burger King, White Castle and Popeyes. You can drive to a few great spots too. Lyft is a cheap way to get around, also the bus, you can buy tickets through the app, or hop on the train at penn station. This is an apartment for Airbnb guests. Sometimes the bus to NYC, can take longer because there is rush hour in NYC, and traffic is terrible. I suggest Newark path train on those times.
