This summer beach house was completely renovated when purchased and the owners continue to keep up with ongoing Renos. The bathroom was redone in 2021. It is fully tiled, crisp, and clean. The outdoor shower was completely rebuilt in 2022 and a new LG washer and dryer were installed in 2022. There is a mahogany entertaining deck with outdoor shower area on the deck. Landscaping has been upgraded with a new lawn and irrigation system. The house interior design continues to be updated each year with new additions. Located just a few miles from the town center and within walking distance of both the Oyster River and Hardings Beach. We now offer a Sunday to Sunday rental schedule.
