Kick off your shoes, hang up your jackets, and then you can relax and unwind after a long day of travel, work, play or all of the above. Your have plenty of open living areas on two levels where you can unwind, connect to high speed wi-fi, and login to your favorite Netflix, Amazon or Disney shows. The 8 private bedrooms with 7.5 bathrooms are fully furnished and provide for privacy for when you want to get away, enjoy peace and quiet way from the rest of the group. We have provided for spaces that allow you to work and study remotely, zoom, write a book, check emails. There are 7 and a half bathrooms for your use so there is no need to wait to groom, shower, brush your teeth, do your business! This is an urban/inner city spot. If diversity is your vibe, this place is for you. If you prefer downtown abbey-ish, white picket fence, plush green lawn in a quiet neighborhood and a Beverly Hills neighborhood is your preference, this is not the place you should book. We are near a Hospital which means if you are a light sleeper you will not enjoy the occasional sirens from ambulances coming by; and should you book we would still appreciate a 5 star review despite the hustle and bustle of the area. We strive to provide 5 star accommodations but if being in working class neighborhood will prohibit you from giving us a 5 star rating because of the location described above, then you should look elsewhere. We have a Smart TV in Living Room that runs on High Speed WiFi. We do not have traditional cable TV. Through our 53 inch Samsung smart TV. You can log into your own accounts and have access to Netflix, Sling, Hulu, VUDU, LG Channels, YouTube (utilizing your own accounts). There is also an extra booster seat in the house in case you need it. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. You will have exclusive access to this entire very large home, consisting of three levels of living and two separate units, connected by an interior stairwell. Plus off street parking for up to 5 cars. And there’s plenty of on street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. We will have constant communication through text and messaging through Airbnb. But for the most part you will not see us unless you need our assistance with anything. We live in the area but are not on site. We have neighbors who keep an eye out for us and are asked to call/text us and authorities, if they see and hear parties going on. You have full access to both the upper unit and the lower unit. The entire home is yours; connected by a door that unlocks and locks on both sides. Parties are strictly not allowed. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am. There is also a strict no smoking inside or outside property. And there are no pets allowed. Please be sure you comply by these rules before you book our home. (If you want to have a party, I will need to know the details and I will adjust the stated pricing to increase by an additional $1,000 surcharge per party. I will have one of my employees work the entire time that the party is going on to keep an eye on the property and to help with the cleanup. But this is by exception only and needs to be preapproved and paid for in advance. You will have access to the entire off street parking lot, which can accommodate 5 cars. Plus there are plenty of on street parking. It is advisable to have your own car(s) to get around. Even though there is public transportation, it is not as convenient. This property is in the heart of Worcester. It is close to all of the universities, businesses, entertainment, hospitals, and the new baseball ball park. For your customized comfort, we have window air conditioners in every room. The units are installed on or around Memorial Day weekend, depending on the weather during the time of year. And taken out at the end of the hot season, after Labor Day weekend.
