3 Bedroom cape 1 block to beach

3 bedroom cape with bay views, a stocked brand new kitchen, central A/C, and cable TV/Internet/Wifi. A first floor master bedroom has a TV with cable while 1 upstairs bedroom has a crib. Walking distance to shops/food. This is a weekly rental so we generally do not accept partial weeks between April and October. Feel free to ask, but expect that we will decline. Please, no proms/party groups. The space Walk to shops, food establishments and the beach. Enjoy sunsets on the roof deck, eat in the 3 season room or take a 1.5 mile walk to the boardwalk and rides. Guest access Feel free to use all parts of the house, as well as the outdoor shower, propane grill and seating area. Other things to note Sheets and towels available upon request. Weekly, monthly or seasonal rentals only. We also accept off-season rentals (Sept - May) at a negotiated price. We do not accept weekend or partial week rentals.
