Also, we have a neighbor who can assist you with an emergency if that is necessary. The community is beautifully landscaped and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It is adjacent to a nature preserve with wild ducks and geese. The home is a 7-minute drive to Princeton University and the town of Princeton Home is a 7-minute drive to Princeton Junction where New jersey transit has regular train service to New York City and Philadelphia. Both train trips are about one hour. The house is located 250 meters from a nature preserve with bike and walking paths and lots of Canadian geese and ducks on the Millstone River. Princeton University is located just across Route 1 —- a 7-minute drive. Within 12-15 minute drives are various State parks bordering the old canal system, and a large nature preserve of the Audubon Society. The Carnegie Lake towpath, a 7-minute drive, is also a wonderful recreational place to walk and ride bikes. There is a large clubhouse with amenities including a gym and a billiard room and a swimming pool during the summer months.
