Therapeutic sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two people. -Dining table with 4 chairs. Two more chairs can be added for larger parties. -Kitchen has granite countertops and fully equipped with appliances (dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster/oven and coffee maker) and cookware to cook at home. Fridge is clean and ready for storing your food. Feel free to use whatever you see around the kitchen; condiments, tea, coffee, etc. -Bathroom is stocked with hair dryer, bath towels, wash cloths, shampoo, shower gel, and toilet paper. -Main bedroom a has queen sized mattress and the second bedroom has a bunk bed (full sized mattress at the bottom and twin on top) plus a twin bed. Towels, sheets, pillows, comforters & blankets are provided. Beds will be made with fresh linens. This is a dedicated guest(s) apt and there are lots of closet and storage space in the house. UPON REQUESTING APARTMENT: Please be sure to verify yourself through AirBnB, list the purpose of your trip & provide a brief description yourself and your guest(s). After you leave, the cleaners will come and wash all sheets, towels etc. Guest access This is a two family house, but the unit is completely private, no sharing. Guests have access to entire apartment. One dedicated off street parking and free ample street parking. Shared washer/dryer in unfinished basement. Other things to note --No more than four (4) unrelated guests per stay -- NO PETS/ANIMAL. NO SMOKING/VAPING. NO GATHERING/PARTIES. No recreational drugs. No open flames. No excess noise after 10:00 pm. Avoid disturbing neighbors. You will be asked to leave immediately if you violate these rental terms and no refund will be issued for your reservation. --Per CITY ORDINANCE, outside noise from decks or emanating from the dwelling must be minimized by 10:00 pm. -- The apartment flooring is mostly hardwood. In consideration of the tenants on the second floor, we ask that you wear soft-soled shoes, non-skid socks, or non-slip footwear. Please, please do not walk around the house with high heels. Remember that voices carry and be mindful of noise from footfall especially in traffic areas and hardwood stairs. There is little sound proofing between the apartments. Feel free to knock on the door of other guests if they are too loud. A well place word will solve a noise problem and keep everyone in the house happy and comfortable. -- Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. --We ask that you leave the house tidy and in good order. Additional cleaning fee may be applied if deep cleaning is required.
