So Honua Kai is 700 individually owned condominiums that belong to a Homeowners Association. It's not a hotel. Every owner chooses to either use the onsite management which is now Outrigger or they choose an outside rental company (ORC). Outrigger is not the Resort they are just the onsite rental management company. Now they own the front desk area and some other areas at Honua Kai, (meaning the HOA did not choose them and cannot remove them). All guests have access to the pools, restaurant, stores, Spa, fitness center and concierge. No Self-Parking/Resort/Occupancy Fee applies to 2024. 2025 is subject to change. 1) $5/day to valet park may be imposed by the HOA. 2) There will no longer be a phone in the unit. In looking at the phone bills guests just are not using it and now we're starting to get robocalls/telemarketers calling in. BOOK HOKULANI 733 WITH CONFIDENCE. It over looks the Hokulani pool and the tiki torches. It's 583 sq ft with a 100 sq ft lanai. The view is incredible. Look at the pictures. With us you get actual pictures of the unit and the actual view from the unit. -Free Internet Resort Wide -The unit does not have a phone in it. Too many robocalls and telemarketing calls. -No worrying about when the maid service is going to interrupt your day since we don't offer housekeeping. -We personally see that this unit is cleaned to our high standards. -Use of swimming pool, exercise room, and concierge service. We also provide beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, paper products and binoculars. -Our Aloha Welcome Package which includes 8 K-cup pods, Chilled Champagne, Hawaiian Chocolates, Terra Pure Green Tea Shampoo and Soaps, beach towels, beach chairs, and binoculars. This unit comes furnished.
