1 Spacious Non-smoking Garden-Apartment, 1 private queen size bedroom & sofa/bed (a twin bed can be added to sleep 4people), for an additional fee, there is a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed (sleeps 2), it can be added at your request. Entire Suite accommodates6 (possibly 7 considering small children). There's free Off street pking, Upscale neighborhood, walking distance to shops, 20 min car drive to NYC or NYC Bus stop is 10-15walking distance. The space This suite/mini-apartment, is very cute, clean, quaint, cozy, comfortable & accommodating! Great for a single person, a couple, Corporate Rental (accommodations for multiple associates), or a large family of 6 (possibly 7 considering small children). *Only serious college students need apply. In-law suites/Garden apartments are typically located either on the side of a home, in the back of other homes or downstairs of particular residences. This mini-garden-apartment is a tucked away downstairs with its own private entrance. So, instead of renting a single room, this suite has lots of private space to stretch out and relax, including a private bathroom. The large bedroom sleeps up to 4 comfortably or, grab a blanket & enjoy the cozy living room with flat screen tv, cable & wifi. You can have meals in the dining area or the eat-in kitchen, which is supplied with everything you need to cook daily meals (pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, blender, toaster, coffee-maker, a variety of seasonings salt, pepper etc, complimentary coffees, tea's, sugar, honey, non-dairy creamer and, access to a laundry (I may occasionally ask to use the laundry, unless you prefer that I not). *Cleaning Service available Upon request, please ask for details in scheduling our laundry & cleaning service. There's also option to rent a 2nd bedroom which sleeps 2 (the entire suite comfortably accommodate 6 (possibly 7 considering small children). Guest access This shared apartment, guests have access to off street parking, in a private driveway, as well as wifi, internet, flat screen tv with cable, washer & dryer ( I may periodically ask to use the washer/dryer, unless you prefer that I not). Other things to note This space accommodates 6 (possibly 7, considering small children), It's great for families and corporate accommodations/companies looking to house multiple associates. *In the case of a large group/family rental, there will be a cleaning fee added.
