The space -3-story home -2nd floor is spacious with 2 bedrooms (King & Full Bed), full kitchen with dishwasher, full bathroom and a dining room. -3rd floor is both cozy and spacious with a kitchen & window nook seating area for two, King Bed, Queen Bed, Twin Bed, bathroom with vanity area and a living room. -You and your family/friends will have plenty of room to relax and make happy memories. -Parking available for 2-3 cars. If you have more, let's discuss. Guest access You may use the second or third floor, and parking. Because the porch wraps around my apartment and I do work there, it is not open for anytime use, however, I am happy to have you join me if you see me out there or if you want to use it, just ask. There is a grill you can use for cooking outside. Just ask. The yard is not available as my dogs are in and out. However, if you would like to sit outside, just let me know and I can likely accommodate your request. Other things to note -If you would like groceries in advance, I can help with that. -You can place an order online and we can coordinate the delivery. -Also, please let me know what you like in morning coffee/tea (milk, cream) and if you like juice. -Also, if you like some beer/wine, just let me know what kind.
