Spacious 3 bedroom home away from home

Spacious Ranch style home with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath and 2 3/4 quarter bathrooms. The main floor consists of the master bedroom with a king size bed, attached 3/4 bath and a mounted television. There's a full bathroom and 2 other bedrooms with queen beds, a well equipped eat in kitchen with main floor laundry as well. The newly renovated basement has a mounted television, extra entertaining area and 3/4 bath. We have an attached garage that we allow 1 vehicle to park in at a time. We allow our guests who book a week or longer to utilize it free of charge during their stay. A garage door opener will be left for you to use as well. If you do not leave the opener upon check out, you will be charged for a replacement. If you have a shorter stay with us but would like to use the garage for your vehicle, we do offer it for an additional $25 to be paid before check in. If you do not pay but still choose to park your vehicle in the garage then there will be a $75 fee for your stay. There is free parking in the driveway and on the street. If you feel there is not adequate space for your vehicles on the concrete pad in the driveway, please utilize street parking. Parking your vehicle on the grass is not permitted at any time. It ruins the lawn and you will be charged a fee for doing so. We live in the area and love interacting with our guests, however we know some prefer to be left alone. Due to this we take a hands off approach unless stated otherwise. You can always reach us on the platform or call our cell phones should you need anything.
