The main home of this unique Kapa’a property boasts two bedrooms, an open loft and 2 full baths. In traditional Balinese style, you’ll find lofted post-and-beam style ceilings, creating plenty of air flow throughout the great room. This area is richly decorated in island decor and offers living room, oceanfront dining and a spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Walk out on the deck to enjoy a meal al fresco at the dining table, prepared with a custom BBQ grill. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed on the oceanfront side with sliding glass doors that leads out to the ocean side lanai and private marble lined bath/shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed. A loft bedroom over the living area offers a full-size bed, great for kids. Both bedrooms have smart TV's. The Surf Shack is a charming detached cottage with one bedroom (Queen bed), one bath home with a cozy living area with flat screen TV, refrigerator, sink & dishwasher. It also boasts a front porch and small lanai off the main bedroom. The Mermaid Lounge is a separate living area, above the garage, it's 1-bedroom (Queen bed), 1-bath property with vaulted ceilings with the comfortably furnished living area, flat screen TV and a countertop refrigerator.
