Suite 3 at One Orange Centre

This listing is for Suite 3. Queen bed in a 12 x 11 bedroom with en suite bathroom. One Orange Centre is a 25 acre estate with 5907 square foot home designed by John McEwan and Robert Rodriguez, both students of Frank Lloyd Wright, whose influence is obvious in every detail of this house. The construction of the house is primarily native limestone with California Redwood ceilings. The living room features 20 foot ceilings The space One Orange is a 5907 sq. ft. home built primarily of native limestone and California redwood in 1965 by John C. McEwan. ALL THREE newly renovated guest suites are available for rest and quiet relaxation The suites are all on a wing separate from the rest of the house with its own entrance. All suites have a private 4 pc. bathroom. Suite 3 is approximately 11 'x 12' with a large en suite bathroom There are some ongoing smaller restoration projects still underway here in other parts of the house. Guest access Guests are welcome throughout the house except in the owner's suite and office. The main kitchen is available only for the occasional meal. Celebratory meals can be prepared with advancearrangements. Menu and prices available when arrangements are made. During your stay During your stay, please talk to me about your concerns, for recommendations, and other things you need take you stay as pleasant as possible. Other things to note There are two outdoor cameras. One is located on the carport and monitors that door and areas to the south including the parking area. The other is on the corner of the kitchen patio and monitors the driveway.
