Welcome to our Airbnb rental! The apartment rental is on the same property as our home, and is above the garage in back of our home. This is a completely private space, but we do share the driveway of the home and since the apartment is above the garage, we are occasionally in the garage grabbing our bikes or beach chairs. The space is within walking distance of the beach, lake, and shops/restaurants in town. There are enough beds to accommodate larger families for a beach getaway! The place is about 4 blocks from the beach, less than 10 min walk. Less than a 5 min walk into town where you can find quaint stores, coffee shops and cafés, and spots for ice cream and sweet treats! The outdoor space on our property has a grill and picnic table for outdoor dining, separate from our own grill and outdoor seating. Grill, outdoor picnic table, option to use driveway for unpacking/packing up but not for permanent parking Janine or Lauren are available via airbnb app messaging or by text. Calls for emergencies. 3-4 blocks from Spring Lake beach 2 blocks from town (local coffee shops, cafés, breakfast and lunch spots, liquor store, pizzeria, candy shops, ice cream, etc.) 3 blocks from Spring Lake train station 2 blocks from town public parking Our town ordinance does not allow overnight parking on the street. To avoid tickets, we recommend parking in the free public lot, just 2 blocks away, 5 min. walk from the home (directions are printed in the apartment). We have a long narrow driveway and kids who all have cars, so our driveway can not accommodate additional cars from our guests. Guests are permitted to park in front of the home during the day, outside of the hours of 2am-5am.
