The guest suites are keyless entry using a keypad and August locks. Call for information if you chose to rent the main house. Located directly on the city's parade route and a ten minute drive to Avery Island, the Tabasco factory and Rip Van Winkle's Jungle Gardens. It is also the perfect location to immerse yourself in the Cajun art, dining and dance festivals of New Iberia. There are 6 Private Rooms on the property each with a private bath. Each Suite is appointed with a Modern Queen Bed with luxurious linens, hanging rack for clothes, air conditioned and a walk in shower. Walking distance to restaurants, museums and other attractions. 10 minutes away from Avery Island, Tabasco Factory and Rip Van Winkle Gardens. 15 minutes from Lafayette, 45 minutes away from Baton Rouge and 2 hours from New Orleans. New Iberia has many interesting sites to visit. Many are in walking distance for example we are located across the street from the Shadows on the Teche museum.
