Private guest apartment located on quiet dead end street on 1 acre of tree lined land. Super spacious and full of character , this first floor apartment is centrally located between MassMoCA and MCLA, and only one block from downtown North Adams . The main bedroom has a queen sized bed. The spare room, off of the living room , is smaller but has enough space for a comfy full size bed, and a closet . The pullout sofa in the living room also sleeps 2. A perfect spot for your Berkshire getaway! The space Enjoy privacy in this vintage 1900’s home. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping , museums, and entertainment . Pet friendly with $25/day fee. If you are traveling with more than one pet, the first will be charged at the $25/day rate and all additional pets will be charged at a $15/day rate. Please inform host if you are bringing your pet(s) and the fee will be paid separately, through the Airbnb resolution center . Guest access Gas BBQ grill available for use. (Grill is put away once it starts to snow) Folding chairs and card table provided for guests to use outdoors or indoors. In the warmer months, there is a small seating area, that has a bench, chairs, and table for guests to sit at and use , along with a contained fire pit. There is a Roku TV that gives you access to Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube TV , along with a PlayStation game console for DVD viewing or game playing. Air conditioning in the summer and an electric fireplace to use in the colder months . For parties over 4 , the additional guests can use the pull out sleeper sofa or I am happy to provide an air mattress for their use. Private entrance and lots of private parking. No parties allowed . Other things to note If you are seeking an early arrival or a late departure, please inform host. All requests will be reviewed and accepted/declined on an individual basis. An additional fee will be applied. Any changes or cancellations to this type of request, must be made 72hrs prior, in order to receive a refund of any additional fees that were applied .
